ShopRite Delivers Cancellation & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing ShopRite Delivers for your online purchase. ShopRite Delivers offers the convenience of home delivery for thousands of non-perishable products. Please note that the policies of ShopRite Delivers, may differ from those of individual ShopRite stores.

Order Cancellations

If you placed your order Monday through Friday and would like to cancel your order, you must call us at 1-800-746-7748 by 6 PM EST on the same business day the order was placed. Orders placed Monday through Friday cannot be cancelled after 6PM EST. For orders placed after 6 PM EST that you would like to cancel, you must call us at 1-800-746-7748 by 10 AM EST the following day. 

If you placed your order on Saturday or Sunday and would like to cancel your order, you must call us at 1-800-746-7748 by 10 AM EST the Monday immediately following that Saturday or Sunday.

- Once an order is submitted for processing, we are unable to cancel or make changes. 

Returns

Follow the instructions below for returns, after receiving your item(s). Shipping fees and/or restocking fees may apply.

We will only accept returns for a product that is either defective or damaged. The item will be replaced or we will issue you a refund based upon our discretion. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of your purchase.

To obtain a Return Reference Number, you must call us at 1-800-746-7748. Our team will need to collect some information about your purchase. Please have your packing slip and the product packaging available when you call.

The Return Reference Number is only valid for 10 days or until the end of the 30-day return period, whichever is shorter. Be sure to return your product in a timely manner. No returns will be accepted without a Return Reference Number.

Once you have obtained a Return Reference Number:

  1. Pack the item you are returning in its original shipping box along with any paper work, accessories and software. Please include a copy of the packing slip shipped with your order and retain a copy for your own records.
  2. Please put the Return Reference Number and original order number on the outside of the box in large print.

Returns are subject to final inspection. Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order.

Please allow 2-10 business days for receipt of the replacement product or for credits to be posted to your account.

ShopRite Delivers orders can not be returned to a physical ShopRite store location.
