Q. When I visit shopritedelivers.com I see only gift cards. What happened?
A: All merchandise, except ShopRite and The Fresh Grocer gift cards, has been removed from the ShopRiteDelivers.com. You can continue to order ShopRite and The Fresh Grocer gifts cards and have them delivered to yourself or another recipient.
For grocery deliveries, we encourage you to try ShopRite from Home (The Fresh Grocer Online), which does feature club size products. Enter your zip code to find stores nearby that offer local delivery.
Q: Where are all the items previously available to order on shopritedelivers.com?
A. As of April 21, 2021 ShopRite Delivers is only offering gift cards for purchase. Various products including club size items are available via ShopRite from Home (The Fresh Grocer Online). Delivery is also available in many locations. Customers are encouraged to log on to shoprite.com (thefreshgrocer.com) for more information.

A: We apologize for any inconvenience. A decision was made to discontinue shopritedelivers.com, however many products can be found on shoprite.com/shopritefromhome and thefreshgrocer.comincluding Club Size items. Local delivery is available in various areas in CT, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA.
Q: I used to order groceries on shopritedelivers.com and have them delivered to someone else. How can I get groceries to them now?
A: We encourage you to shop online atshoprite.com/shopritefromhome (or thefreshgrocer.com). Many of our retail stores offer local delivery. Enter the zip code of the recipient when shopping online at shoprite.com or thefreshgrocer.com to find the nearest store that offers delivery.
Q. I purchased (item X) on shopritedelivers.com. How can I return the item?
A. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of customers and associates, all sales are final. We have temporarily suspended our refund and return policy, and are unable to accept returns of products that were purchased during this emergency unless the product is defective or damaged. We will only accept returns for a product that is either defective or damaged. The item will be refunded based upon our discretion. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
If you purchased an item on ShopRite Delivers before 4/23 but within the past 30 days, and it is defective or damaged, you can call 1-800-ShopRite to request a refund.
