ShopRite Delivers Cancellation & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing ShopRite Delivers for your online purchase.
Gift card orders are shipped via USPS. Standard Shipping ($1.99) does not come with a tracking number. 2-3 day shipping ($8.49) does provide a tracking number.
All orders must be placed by 10 pm EST to ensure next day processing. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be processed until the following business day (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays).
If you need to cancel or check the status of a gift card order, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-746-7748 (Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm and Sat/Sun: 9am-5pm). Please be prepared to provide your order number and/or the email address used to place the order. We will check the balance of the gift card and it's shipping status.
- If a full balance remains on the gift card, we will void the card and can either provide a full refund or request a replacement card.
- If a partial balance remains on the card, we will be unable to provide a refund. In this instance, customers have the option to file a claim our payment processor (PayPal).
- You can place a new order for the correct amount and delivery address, as needed.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, ShopRite Gift Cards are NOT an accepted method of payment on shopritedelivers.com. GIFT CARDS ARE EXCLUDED FROM ALL SHOPRITE DELIVERS PROMOTIONAL CODES, DEALS and SPECIALS. All gift card purchases will be limited to no more than $2,000 per person, per day.
